Intensive Treatment Systems

I have been coming here for about a year now, the staff can change but they are always committed to helping you as long as you try and help yourself, this has been the only clinic i have gone too and have recommended it to many other recovering addicts in the same boat. Come for the help.

My fiancé and I have been going to ITS going on about a year now and the best part about going once a month is seeing Shelby at the front window. Not only does she make us feel like any other person, she doesn’t look at us or think of us as “drug addicts”. She’s so caring and very helpful and she just genuinely cares. As for the counselors, Derek is awesome, he is also another one who genuinely cares for his patients. He always listens to you and he provides the best feedback. He truly wants to see people succeed. Such a awesome clinic to come too (:

My husband and I have been attending its Coolidge location for over 6 years now. Some of the nurses in the past have made us feel less than or like we don't matter just because we are on methadone, but that's old news because we met Shelby sometime ago. She's an amazing person, she always puts a smile on mine and my husband's faces every time we go in. I only go once a month, but she never fails to remember the details about my life, and always seems to ask how my kids and I are doing with a smile on her face, even though she might not be having the best day. She's great to talk to and is truly a good person! I appreciate every time I get to see her even though it's once a month, because she always makes me laugh and smile no matter what! Thanks Shelby you're amazing!

Shelby is the best nurse there! She never fails to make me feel like a real person, which some of the old nurses have failed to do in the past.. I only come in once a month but she knows me, she knows about my kids and my husband she always remembers the important things☺️ I never fail to leave there without a smile on my face every time she's there. BEST nurse ever!!!🥰
