My experience started on the phone. Staff was informative and efficient. When I got there the office was clean and welcoming. I noticed they had an area for kids which I found very thoughtful. The staff helped me through the process and provided me with all the information needed for my services. I had an amazing experience I was able to leave my car and pick it up once it was done. It was very convenient for my busy schedule.

Probably the cleanest waiting area I’ve ever been in, the staff is incredibly friendly and communicative, and they don’t try to sell you a million things like some other chains do. We will definitely be coming back to Kerry’s Car Care for all our car needs.

Ashlynn is amazing. I don’t know much about cars, but she explained everything to me so clearly and was so nice and patient when I asked questions. One of the problems took a few days, but she always called to let me know what was going on. I appreciate her help and everyone else who worked hard to fix my car. Thanks to one of the mechanics, I was able to save a $1000 on new rims.
