I did research on the plasma pen process and looked long and hard before I found Kathy, followed her on IG for a while and decided to go in for a treatment. My only regret was waiting to do it. I should have done it months ago. She really has done her research and training on the process and healing and her knowledge shows. She gives great verbal and written instructions. Just know that having this done your face, it will not be pretty for a short time during the healing process but follow her instructions and drink water and then drink more water and you will have wonderful results. I had my under eyes done last week with a blast done on my face, neck and chest. I'm going back next week for my lids. I don't trust many people with my face and I am surely going to keep going back to Kathy, she's stuck with me now!
