“Great buying experience and great follow up service. Buying: Lexi was very helpful and friendly. I told her my shoe/boot shopping issues and she directed me to 2 styles that would work. 1st time EVER that I only had to try on 2 pair before finding a pair that not only looked nice, but fit amazingly! Follow up: Trevor was very friendly and made the extra effort to accommodate my "odd" request about a color detail on the design. AND recognized me immediately when I returned the next day to pick up my boots. All in all, Great customer service! When it's time for a new pair of boots, I know where I'm going. Thanks!!”
