Ross Dress for Less

Been shopping at Ross for many years. They are good retail store to get overstock and closeout items. They tend to have some higher name brand items at discounted prices. Their inventory changes regularly as they buy in bulk from stores that close, overstock, and discontinued merchandise. They also usually have a good assortment of high end perfumes and colognes at very reasonable prices.

I live in a pretty sketchy neighborhood and I didn't look that great yesterday I'm sure lost prevention was eyeballing me however there is a lady in there named Mary who definitely went over and Beyond her Call of Duty I asked her so many questions she helped me find a lot of things she is definitely the epitome of what customer service is about I loved it what a great experience I plan to go back in the near future thank you so much Mary

Good experience. Went in for an exchange a bit worried because it was shoes I wore one time that didn't fit. Although the customer service employee was able to help me out with no questions asked, and exchanged my item. Very happy customer. Thanks!
