Your steps away from North Mountain and the vast hiking trails while nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ample walking space. I've lived here for a few months now and looked far and wide at other apartments in the valley. They are constantly upgrading the complex, and the pool / hot tub and laundry area are kept very clean. Carrie and Patricia in the office and the maintenance guys are very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend this complex!!!”

“Last week I wrote a review of the Shell station at 35th avenue and cactus if you read the review you can see I was extremely unimpressed so today I stop at the Shell station on 35th avenue and Peoria totally different situation this is a circle k Shell station as you can see from the picture the outside is very clean I didn't go inside but I'm going to assume the inside as clean as well most importantly none of the pumps were blocked by people trying to eat at the restaurant all the pumps appeared to be working and I was able to get my Fry's discount”

They explained everything they found (the problem was my tires, whew!), and they never tried to sell me on anything I didn't already need (just tires & alignment, thankfully!).
