The front desk always greets you “welcome to VASA” with a smile. They are always staffed and Liz and Evelyn the managers are professional and courteous. The group fitness classes are amazing! “Perfect place to let the kids get some energy out. My kids are 4 and 8 and had a great time, plenty to do. Really cool area for toddlers as well! Decent cafeteria, super friendly staff and they’re always walking around cleaning, which is nice. Fun arcade games too, although the games are a little pricey. Overall great experience and we will definitely be back!”

“I just finished my 4 weeks of foundations and I love it! I had never done anything like CrossFit before and was definitely scared to try this but I’m so glad I did it. The coaches are really great, they make sure you’re doing everything correctly and aren’t gonna hurt yourself which was really important to me. And the community is awesome too. I thought everyone was going to be intimidating but even on my very first day so many people introduced themselves to me, and I’ve had a lot of fun at some of the community events! The workouts have definitely been challenging and there were points I thought I wouldn’t finish the workout but with the coaches and everyone there I always have and the feeling after is amazing, I’ve really surprised myself with what I’ve been able to do.”
