(August 4, 2019, 3:26 am)Here's the thing... I don't like gyms. They're cold, anonymous, and you're on your own. After belonging to a big box gym for 10+ years, I got a line on this place, and it's like nothing else I've tried.
Do the workouts suck? Some days... but I come away feeling stronger, more empowered, and healthier than before, and I have connections with members and staff- that's what gets me to show up when I could stay home.
Isn't that what counts?- showing up when you could make excuses??

Coach Amy has built the gym culture on empowering members to learn and challenge themselves, with accessibility and success for people of all skill levels. CrossFit Upper Limit is definitely a gem and I highly recommend!
