(January 15, 2020, 10:55 am)Heather helped me and she was awesome. Everything you would want in a customer service experience. The facility is clean, easy to access and easy to load and unload at even with an inside air conditioning top floor unit. The price is great as well.

I have a friend moving to phoenix next year and she is very particular about her belongings so I told her about this facility which she will definitely be using. Thank you to the STAFF!
(December 12, 2019, 6:10 am)Heather was the only reason I chose to do business at this storage facility. I mean, the prices are fair, but her customer service was out of this world! Very informative, kind, polite and just overall, a great person. We chatted for a while and I forgot why I had gone in! But I would definitely do business here again!
