I was just there today on September 4th 2022 amd the guy helping us was awesome while we bought our chlorine tabs. I was looking around and found these hand made leather bracelets on the counter and I was admiring them and the guy said if I find one I absolutely love I can have it. So he gave me a free hand made bracelet while I got my tabs too. Great customer service with a rad attitude and all. I'll be coming back here to get my chlorine tabs. Thank you.

I've had some problems with my pool of late so I brought in a water sample to B&L because of a recommendation. It's a little further from my house and I pass a few other pool supply stores on the way. I'm glad I took the recommendation. I walked out of the store feeling like I could start a pool cleaning business. I gained so much knowledge and ended up replacing some OLD parts that were causing the issues. The prices are very competitive and more important to me is Anthony and his staff. Been there a few times and ALL staff members are great. Super friendly and their customer service rivals high end resorts. They don't even ask if you need help to the car with the heavy chemicals, they just carry it for you. Not sure about what it's like at other B&L stores, but the one on Cavecreek is amazing. Go see Anthony and his team. It's worth the extra 5 minute drive for me.

We met a nice couple in Costco who recommended this location to us. We have lived in our new home for 6 weeks, and the pool is a very new experience for us.😍 Jonny is very knowledgeable as well as the other guys.
