(December 10, 2020, 7:44 pm)Jacob really saved my butt today. I'm a home health nurse and need my car for work every day. Today the car was having some trouble starting. Jacob tested my battery and, sure enough, that was the problem. He changed out my battery and had me back on the road in no time. I am so appreciative of his helpful and efficient customer service!
