“Ramjet is as good as it gets. These guys care about their customers and everyone there is very knowledgeable on what they sell because they know what works and what doesn’t. Will over at service is top notch and isn’t like normal guys that work in service where they’ll talk down to you or act like you don’t know what’s best for your bike. The guys in parts are awesome too and don’t try and push on selling you something you don’t need. I travel 160 miles from flagstaff just to get parts from these guys they’re that good. “I arrived at the Mavis Location in Hazlet shortly after opening and was greeted by Guy. He was extremely professional and very helpful. During the removal of my tires the mechanic noticed issues with my vehicle and asked if I would like them to take care of them. I declined only because I have an appointment already scheduled with my mechanic (who actually referred me to Mavis)if not for that appointment I would have used their services. My new tires were put on and then the vehicle was driven to the front door. I was presented with the final bill and given a copy for my records with the rebate offer. All in all great experience and I would highly recommend using them.”

Super low pressure, very upfront, patient, empathetic, and overall just a great buying experience. Emily in particular was great in responding to repeated text messages about super small detail questions, and being patient with my bank that required me be a rather annoying customer at times… (sorry, Emily!). Super win also that their shop fixed a couple small things and did a killer detail on the boat to start, then followed up with me after the first boat day to make sure everything went well, which of course it did. “I am not one to write reviews, but I felt it was very necessary in this case! We went to ride now about 3 weeks ago looking to buy a 2021 ranger trail boss. They are very rare and hard to find. We were greeted at the door by Ryan he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. We told him what we were looking for he let us know that it would have to be ordered and would take 2-3 weeks to come in! He was exactly right it was about 3 weeks. During the 3 week waiting period Ryan kept in touch with us texting me to let me know where we were at on the time frame and then sending me pictures of it being assembled. It was a great experience with everyone we dealt with from Alexis the online sales manager to Matt the General manager, Kyle the service manager and Ryan in sales making sure it was getting done on time! The name that was most often mentioned was Dr. Automotive on Cave Creek Road. It only took one visit to make me a forever customer. I'm a 75 year old woman and have never been up-sold or over-sold by this merchant. I've never been given a quote for major work and then charged more when the work is done. Without exception, Armen has always made sure that my safety on the road is a priority. Mario is a master mechanic and when the work is done, I'm confident it's done right. I no longer live in the neighborhood but I still make the drive from Scottsdale anytime my car needs service. It's so nice to find an honest business that still provides good old fashioned service!”

“I honestly love this place. If you don't want to over spend and have work done at a reasonable rate and know that you can trust these guys to work on your baby, this is the place too be. They take great pride in the work that they do and they always go the extra mile, like cleaning your bike, chain maintenance, a brief diagnostic, all for free. I would give them 5 stars, but some of the workers don't exactly share a positive attitude, and dont go the extra mile to try to create conversation/interact with you. Plus the place is not as well kept as it could be. All in all, I always have a great experience coming here, but not excellent. Regardless, i would still recommend this place over any other due to knowledge, hard work, dedication to the bikes, and services performed at damn close to peak level.”
