“I have been many times to Pet Urgent Care, as my pup had a serious (incurable but manageable for a time) illness. My regular vet could not see us in a timely manner, and a friend recommended Pet Urgent Care. Pup and I always were treated with the utmost respect and care. During those visits, Jane was the person at the desk. Without fail, she was compassionate, thoughtful, efficient. After the first visit or two, my little guy was ready as soon as we got there to walk down the hall to a treatment room, whether or not they were ready for him. He never balked! To me, that is about the best recommendation a consumer ( the dog!) can give, and he had some rather uncomfortable procedures. It wasn’t all treats and hugs! We found everyone there to be extraordinary. I now have another pup, and I will be seeing them again.”

“I took my 13 week old puppy there for boarding. It was one of the few places that would take a puppy so young. Before I dropped him off my husband I toured the facility which was very clean. I was a little nervous leaving my puppy in a strange/new environment but I must say I (and my dog) couldn't be happier. There are several attentive staff members working during a given time. They have radios to talk to one another between different sides of the property. Not once did a see a staff member using their cell phone. Not that cell phones are bad. It's just another way that made me feel like these people are totally engaged in their work. Price: They have different packages but I chose the middle of the road which was $45/day. This includes indoor/outdoor group play, overnight boarding and if you stay 3+ nights they will give your dog a bath. All and all I can say I'm very happy with Deer Creek.”

“They were so understanding and kind. I really appreciated how patient they were with us. We came to them to have them put down our dog and they were kind and understanding from start to finish. They made it so easy for us and let us take it at our own pace and I really appreciated that. If you ask for them after they are cremated they have a very nice box it comes in. It’s so lovely and they did their best to make the whole experience as easy for us as possible. Thank you”
