“Overall 4 stars. I greatly appreciate that the scheduling staff worked me into a new location on a day's notice when the MRI at the original facility went down. I also received compassionate care from the radiology techs in two departments. The 5th star was lost by the staff who disregarded the order that plainly stated the service was self pay not insurance and who instead put the exams through insurance review resulting in calls and mail from insurance, and necessitating a call back from me to SMIL to straighten out the situation.”

“i've only written one review before in my life, but felt compelled to write this one. Dr. Abraham is an amazing doctor. He immediately diagnosed my disease. But what sets him apart from every other doctor i've come accross in the 60 years of my life is his communication skills. hr doesn't look down on people. he asks the right questions to learn about his patiants. He generaly really cares. i thank God all doctors are not as awesome as DR. Abraham because there would be a line a mile long around every office. He's the first doctor i've met that makes me enjoy going to the doctors office.”

“These folks do an awesome job! I've used them for several weeks now because my old dry cleaner closed. The clothes smell clean and fresh--no chemical smell. Shirt sleeves were pinned, collars had a plastic template to keep them in place, and the pressing was perfect. I asked for light starch and that's exactly what they did. They're a hair more expensive than my previous dry cleaner but the quality was much better. Excellent, excellent job!”

I was VERY impressed with the speedy responsiveness, thorough follow-up, and overall EXCELLENT customer service that I received from both Kevin Pugh and Wesley Wilkins! They went "above & beyond" as they answered our many questions, arranged video tours, and found an affordable apartment and level of care that would be just right for her. We were also impressed with the number of tenured employees at this community who are truly passionate about taking care of the residents' needs. I highly recommend this community.”

“Absolutely stellar Indian food! The service is spectacular as well. The only downside is only bottled water and drinks so no fountain drinks but don't let that deter you from trying this place. I tried things that I probably wouldn't have ordered meeting up with some friends and WOW! So much flavor and I've yet to find something here I don't like. You gotta try the garlic cheese naan it's out of this world! This is now my current favorite Indian food restaurant.”

I like great customer service I will always give reviews when I feel its needed. Devon at the bell road location is a great employee. He has great customer service. Theres not a time I haven't gone in and he's not smiling and friendly. Place is clean pays 70 every time.”
