The managers were awesome! Constantly updating the process and making sure u are comfortable. Ramsen was great also. I always go out of town to purchase vehicles but the experience I had at Infinity has changed that. I will definitely be buying another auto from Modesto Infinity. I’ve used freedom autoglass 2 times and I love working with them. One of my cars has forward collision warning and lane departure so the glass is expensive. They worked with me and my insurance company to get a lower price. Great customer service!

EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Tracy helped me with filing my claim, calling the insurance company and fighting for my request when they deemed differently and stayed on top of my claim start to finish. The tech that came out to repair my windshield, deemed it non-repairable after the insurance company claimed it was and even came back out that night to replace my windshield. Would recommend this company 10x over to anyone. I am not sure I will use another glass company for any future needs beyond this one. Thank you all so much!

I just had a great experience with Freedom Auto Glass! They made the process to call in and set up an appointment very easy and were able to get me an appointment the next day. They came to my workplace and the technician was great and very professional- even gave me a 30-minute call before he arrived and showed up on time. He was done in under an hour and the entire process from start to finish couldn't be simpler and more convenient. Also as a bonus, they handed me $100 in CASH at the end which was a great surprise, as most places do a mail-in rebate and it usually takes forever to get your check. I would definitely recommend Freedom Auto Glass to anyone- thank you!

A Great mom and pop place to take care of all your windshields needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really make filing a claim with your insurance company easy and quick. and are looking out for you as a customer. They treat you as part of their family. Great people all around from their office staff to their techs. You can tell the owners put their heart and soul into their company.
