“This is my first time leaving a review, ever, so that shows how amazing this autozone was. Carlos, the store manager, was beyond amazing. I called ahead to ask about windshield wipers, once I arrived I was able to find them and purchase them. Carlos even took the extra step to help me install them and taught me how to do it myself. He didn’t even mind me taking a video to remember for next time! I can’t thank him enough and I will definitely be returning. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!!”

Aside from the scheduled visits, when I have seen an influx of scorpions or other bugs in between services, they are always quick to respond and come out within a couple days of my request. Ethan was our tech. We have had him several times and as usual, he gave us fantastic service. He is always very thorough and never ever rushes the job. We appreciate his work. And if you ever need cheering, just call and speak to one of their representatives over the phone. In over 10 years of us using them, I have never been greeted by a rude or disinterested rep. The women on the phone are bubbly, cheery, and absolutely pleasant to talk to. Sometimes I wish I could talk to them longer. That is how comfortable to conversations are. Moxie gives customer service beyond what you would expect. We are so pleased with their work, and would (and do to all our friends) HIGHLY recommend you give them a try.”
