“Visited yesterday, apartments look just like the photos which is great. I really love the layout of it all. Office staff is very pleasant and down to earth. Prices are totally fair for what you get in your unit. Walls are painted grey. The units are very bright has a light lux feel to it as well. I really liked it. 2BED1BATH 840SF are pretty small but reasonable for what you're paying compared to other communities in the area. I feel its a win for sure even after taxes were calculated I believe the unit was still under $1600. For me its a savings, I am paying $1800 now for my apt & it will increase after a new lease is signed which I'm not doing at all lol. They are also remodeling the entire community overall. Fitness center is going to be upgraded. Repainting the outside to brighter colors. They are basically re doing the entire community outside and inside. They have customers in thought for sure. Thank you all for caring. I will be applying for a unit there.”
