They brought it back to life after not being cleaned for at least 25 years. We have white plush carpeting so it was pretty dirty, but it was cleaned up fantastically! We are so grateful that our carpet came back to life! Not only did they clean our carpet but they were very professional while doing it. Tony went out of his way to make sure that we would be happy with our order, and even had them delivered for us on Christmas Eve, as he knew this was a Christmas gift for my husband!! The uniforms are well made, and fit perfectly! They even have a snap where the collar comes together instead of a button, as many uniforms have. Our logo looks perfect and I am very happy with Mission Linen Supply, and was very satisfied with Tony. If and when his uniforms wear out, as they are well made to last, I WILL most certainly go through Mission Linen Supply, and hopefully will deal with someone as helpful and friendly as Tony.”

What was even better is that they even cleaned by living room rug that I thought would never cleanable and now looks great. I didn't know much about rug cleaning but the workers where able to even explain how the whole cleaning machine system what to look out for so that the work is done properly. “Very clean or at least cleaner than the others I'm used to, have service on staff to help keep it that way saw a staff member mopping floors and dusting the machines then taking out various garbage pails, discount prices on certain days of the week, a few industrial capacity washers (from 1 load to 10 loads, at $1 per load) and up to 35lb dryers that accept up to 5 loads. Better than nothing.”

“Used the groupon special of $59 for 3 rooms, and i added stairs. Initially there was a miscommunication and he almost forgot 1 of the 3 rooms but he quickly corrected that once we told him. In 1 of the rooms there were 2 pet throw-up spots from very recent (the reason for why we called) and it was still very obvious after he cleaned it. I asked him if he could go over it again. He told me spots like that dont come up if not initially cleaned out (which i knew from experience isnt actually true... ive had many carpet cleaners get up pet spots). But he still was kind and went over it again for me. After he did... it was perfect! the spot was totally gone. So even though a couple small hiccups... the end result was a very clean floor so for that i give 5 stars. I would just say maybe to check the work before they leave.”
