“My son has been at Champion School since Kindergarten and I have been paying close attention to the school and the people that work there as second parents for the kids. Mrs Ruiz, his teacher in kindergarten for example, expresses love and commitment for the little ones in her group. When he was in first grade the school announced a fifty book challenge to motivate kids to read and the number of readers grows every year. Thanks to the fact that the school promotes sports and good grades all together, they produce intelligent and athletic children. As I walk around the gymnasium I see hanging on the walls all kinds of sport awards as state champions, as well as trophies in the office which are impressive to me. I have seen many times the Superintendent Mrs Sawyer walking across the fields during the games talking with the parents. She even wears the colors of the school every day, always something yellow. In my opinion, this is pure commitment and love for what she does. All the classrooms have computers available for the kids for educational purposes. Each teacher has a computer to communicate with parents and the school will leave messages on the phone whenever it is necessary to inform parents of every important change or notice. For example, one time the bus was vandalized the night before and the students couldn't be picked up the next morning so the families were notified at 7:00 a.m. of the need for alternative transportation. So yes, this is the kind of school concerned parents want their kids to attend and where kids who want to be competitive in education or sports will be well prepared by developing their full potential for the future. “3 of my 4 kids attended LCK a little over 10 years ago now, my youngest started kindergarten there & is graduating Arcadia High School next month! I interacted with many of the teachers & office staff over the years through conferences & chaperoning field trips, they are a terrific group of educators all around & were always happy to chat about my kids progress in their respective grades & always encouraged them to be their best! I loved having them in the K-8 system, they were all 3 in the same school for almost 4 years & the school is very accommodating during conferences for parents with multiple students in different grades setting appointments in a time block to get them all done. Keep up the good work LCK, I'm glad I live across the street from you & get to see the kids having a good time at recess!”

“If I could do 10 stars I would! Ms. Stephanie is magical. She got to know my child, understood what he needed and delivered her expertise in a way he understood and embraced. Within a few months, my son went from not being able to sound out letters to the beginnings of reading! I've learned so much as well. “A very family-friendly church which is very welcoming and faithfully preaches the Gospel. They reserve the last 2 pews for families with small children and have a cry room, where you can still hear the service, if your son or daughter makes a fuss. They also have a preschool, which is run by the pastor's wife. About 2 years ago, I was looking for a church to be a part of, and the warmth of everyone and their consideration for what I was going through won me over.”

The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, communication was great and we stayed well informed about my mother's treatment here. The facility itself was very warm and inviting and I could tell my mother was in great hands. Also, she was there pre-COVID so we got to see her everyday, anything I needed, someone was there and willing to help. I would recommend this place in a heart beat.”
