“I'm an 8th grade teacher at Desert Canyon Middle School in Scottsdale. Our Site Council brought ShaRon to DCMS to give our 6-8 graders strategies in dealing with Stress and Anxiety...important skills for kids of all ages. ShaRon gave two types of presentations. The first was small group housed in each student's Social Studies class which gave the kids a chance to really interact with her. The second was whole group by grade level, and at this one she built her presentation based on the questions students left in the question boxes.
