I just wanted to thank Robbie and Bob for the great work they do in allowing my body to perform the way I want it to. I have had lower back pain for over 20 years, of which over the past 12 years it has been debilitating, especially during the fall and winter months. I am a CPA and sit for many hours each day and love to be active out side of my profession. I have been working with Robbie and Bob for only three months and this is the first fall and winter in over 12 years that I am still fully active. I have registered to do a 15 mile hike on South Mountain in AZ at the end of January. I have been training and doing great!! In the past this would not have been an option. They have explained their methodology and also explained to me why I was having challenges with the way I have exercised for the past 30 years. It is not age that limits you it is my bodies biomechanic after years of use, miss use and injuries. Having a sedentary career and participation in physical activities out side of my career, such as weight lifting, downhill skiing and ballroom dancing their are many tiny adjustments that i need to make. We all need to be educated on this topic even our children. All they way back to when we were children plays a factor in our mobility. Gosh this should be taught in the schools about how to work with a professional on getting our body mechanics correct and "evaluated regularly". It should be part of our medical physical, especially when we engage in any type of sports. A friend of mine works in a hospital. He cannot believe how many people are in their 90s coming in for care of various types. We have to set up our bodies to be moving correctly to remain active. This leads to a good quality of life through age 100. Who wants to be "sitting" around on medications till we reach 100 and pass away. Lets enjoy life and be active up until the good Lord decides our time here is done.
i am so looking forward to see what the next year holds for me!!!
Thank you for giving me my life back!
Sandy
