(May 4, 2020, 12:06 pm)What's funny is if you go to Yelp, the reviews are all negative. People just complaining to complain and ruin a local business reputation. You Yelpers should be ashamed of yourselves. On a lighter note, I have been an on/off client with Storage Max for over 15 years. Great people. Great customer service. Safe and Secure. And best is, the pricing is more than fair. Don't believe the paid trolls on tattle-tale Yelp. It's horrible. - and for the record, I am not a family member or anyone affiliated with this business. They've been in Scottsdale longer than Yelp has been around.

(September 27, 2019, 12:55 pm)Facility is clean and located near the 101. The office attendant is professional and friendly. The superintendent keeps an eye on the property and is a nice guy. He even allowed me to borrow his jumper cables to start my vehicle I store in my locker. I’m a satisfied customer.
