“This is the best McDonald's restaurant I've ever been in and that is saying something because it was 1970 the first time I darkened their door. What makes it the best? well for starters, it's newly/tastefully renovated, clean - the people working here are well groomed, well dressed and the restrooms are spotless. The food comes up quickly and the counter staff clearly knows how to maneuver the software program suggesting they are well trained. Two staff members came up and offered more coffee, that is a first! The children's play area is completely enclosed thus little if any noise and the music is the perfect volume. It's the Christmas season as a write this and I'm not listening to the tunes of the season.(what a pleasant relief) Lastly the Wifi works perfectly and given the tasteful decor it is a joy to sit here, enjoy coffee and plan the rest of my day.”

“I had a paint spill on the back floor of my car and went to Cobblestone for extraction. In the process, the leather seats were damaged in my brand new vehicle. The carpet became an almost non issue because it is more easily repaired. I didn't hold out a lot of hope that Cobblestone would follow through and accept responsibility for the damage and make it right, Nor did anyone else for that matter, but ... they did! If took some time to find the right guy to make it happen. (he is from Leather Medic.) I can still see the damage, but no one else probably can. The color match was excellent and Shane paid for the repair on the spot. I appreciate that through the entire process they took responsibility from the start and never gave me a runaround or worse, excuses. That folks, is how its done! Thank you so much for working with me, we all had a learning experience that we will keep with us for the future. TARPS!”

“Josh and all the employees were extremely helpful and friendly. My daughter graduated high school at the end of the summer. I called around to stores looking for graduate decorations/gifts for her party. No one had any available except this Party City. Even though the graduate items were all packed up, Josh offered to open the boxes for me to look through and purchase what I wanted. Great customer service! Now I am ready for her graduation party! I highly recommend!”
