“Gerardo A. Was dispatched to take a look at my water heater and was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He knew exactly what the issue was and was able to go find the necessary parts and fix the issue extremely quick. The day prior I had another company come and look at the tank, but they didnt even want to touch it as they said it was too old and was not worth it to service and recommended I get a new one. Gerardo however explained exactly what the water heater needed and took care of it!!! I am very happy with the service and thankful for Gerardo for restoring my hot water the same day!”

He checked all other aspects including my meter and made sure all the other components were tight and when they may need replacing. He also check all the lines around our well and pumps.
