“My mother was already living at Sweetwater Adult Care when Kevin took over. We were not sure what to expect because he was so young and running a good home for older people requires a lot of time and empathy and love. My mother and I met Kevin and his mother, Pretty, and we quickly realized that they are absolutely wonderful. They are very caring, compassionate and they really made the house feel like a home. Their interest in every resident was reassuring and as the weeks went by, the house gently settled into a new normal with a lovely new look. My mom liked it there, she was very comfortable and she adored the ladies who helped take care of her. She even enjoyed the food when she was hungry. She had stories to tell me about what she had been up to with a smile. Whenever Pretty came by to visit my mom looked forward to having a chat. My mom left us in February and I miss her dearly. I will always treasure the memories of my time spent with her at Sweetwater Adult Care.”

“I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone is at Colten. This became my Dad's home after a fall and he was unable to return home. Peter and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. We wanted the best for our dad and they made him feel at home, as well as the whole family. The meals were great, care was wonderful, and we felt our dad was safe and well cared for. We loved the caregivers as well as the other residents. Thank you Peter for a wonderful home for my Dad.”
