About 10 years ago i purchased a pre amp an AVM Evolution PA3.2
I like another comment was reluctant to purchase something from 1. Germany 2. Sold by dealer is USA 3. Shipping to Canada.
Paul was awesome answering a multitude of questions , sending me a video on a feature of the amp . The service was top flight .BTW preamp still have it and use it. Highly endorse them

I initially was reluctant to buy hi-fi equipment from a vendor 2300 miles away, but I am glad I did. Unlike local dealers I visited, USA Tube Audio was upfront about its prices. I found that its prices for stereo components were competitive with, and sometimes better than, both local dealers and online stores. Paul at USA Tube Audio also did not steer me towards higher end equipment and was willing to suggest less expensive alternatives.

What really sets the company apart was Paul's quick response to my many phone and email questions. The man never seems to take any time off. Even after I had made my purchase, Paul promptly answered my questions about how to set up my new network player, amplifier, and speakers. Excellent customer service.

Best audio purchase I've ever made. Paul and Shelly were over the top putting this deal together during these strange times. To say I'm a happy customer is putting it mildly. They will be my first call for any future audio purchases. Highly recommended.

Excellent shop. I spoke to Paul, explained to him the equipment I had and what I wanted to change/improve. Per his recommendation I purchased an Atma-sphere UV 1 pre-amp which I love. This addition to my system exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service and I will definitely be contacting them for any future audio needs.
