My family and I had the best experience and enjoyed every minute. It was simply amazing! Shane was a great pilot who provided a lot of information. His crew Serena and Gary were awesome too and were so friendly! Loved ending the ride with the champagne! Highly recommend riding with this company!

We booked through Viatour. The business had to cancel secondary to wind. I then canceled through Viatour and listed the reason but their reply was there would not be a refund. Could not reach Viatour by phone and no luck explaining on the web site. I then spoke w/Heather at Aerogelic and she really went above and beyond to contact Viatour and get the situation resolved.
I will absolutely use Aerogelic the next time we're in AZ but will book w/business directly in the future. Lesson learned!

Very fun and knowledgeable crew. Definitely recommend the sunrise ride. Absolutely stunning.
