(June 16, 2019, 1:31 pm)Customer service is in their DNA. They make it easy to learn to scuba, they go out of their way to help their clients. I have been their customer for about one year and have seen them help many people learn. I learned to scuba through them, and since that time have logged over 50 dives. I have gone on a scuba dive vacation that they organized and it was a trip of a lifetime. We have a 9 year old son, and even if we move out of the valley we will come back here to have them teach him to scuba. They are that amazing.
(April 18, 2019, 6:54 pm)I was planning to go to Scottsdale and hoping to have a dive in the summer while I'm there. I decided to give a call to dive shop and asked about dive trips etc in Scottsdale area, the gentleman on the phone was very polite, professional and honest about what diving conditions would be by the time I arrive.
I truly appreciated the honesty and letting me know that the conditions may not be the best at the time I'll be arriving. This showed me that this dive shop cares more of their (possible) clients' experience than "making money" itself. I may not have the diving experience with them just yet but this conversation alone makes me absolutely consider them IF/WHEN I visit another time of the year to Scottsdale. Thank you for your honesty again.

From gear service to helping me pick out new gear (because no diver ever has just one of everything), to educating and just simply fun people to share the sport with and social events each month. I would recommend them for beginning your Scuba adventures and continuing education. You will not be disappointed!! Thanks Chris and Nichole for all your support and help in my dive career.
