“My husband and I drove 3 hours from our to Raleigh to pick up a travel trailer. We thought that our tow vehicle was manufacturer equipped with a trailer brake control. Nope! We called R/A Hitch and found out that they had the control for our vehicle and could install it as soon as we could arrive. Install took about 60 minutes and presto, we were able to pick up our RV and start back home! Fantastic service - smiling faces - clean & impressive facility - we are impressed!! Within half hour later I met the nicest and most insightful couple in Arizona. The humbled mineralogist warned me that I would get hooked on minerals and crystals. Boy was he right. “Needed a new muffler for my vehicle. They had a good selection on the shelf with the connections and hangers for the job. I did however see a product made to cover holes in the muffler. It is like a tape like item that hardens when the car is driving. The heat bonds it. I used the product and my vehicle passed emissions. The sales clerk was very helpful and loaned me his tape measure so I could measure the diameter of my tail pipe. I will go back to this auto zone because of the service I received. Outstanding.”

“I want to recommend Richar at DR Auto Sales of Scottsdale. I was out of the country for 13 years and lost my credit "0". I had no credit good or bad. Richard went to bat for me and has me financed with a loan company that is reporting for me and my score is already in the mid 600's and should be in the 700's in six months. I also want to tell you that there were repairs to be made which he extended into the purchase and took care of paying for them. Three other things came up later and he paid for all of them. “This is a small Starbucks, and it looked a bit dingy at first glance. There was nary a customer, and the front counter had a grim vibe.. but don't appearance fool you. They do have a full menu stocked with all the delicious choices that you'd see elsewhere. They even had the new holiday drinks out which was very nice. Also, the flavor of the coffee drink I had was consistent with what I've had elsewhere. Cashier was quick and efficient too, and I was in and out of their in no time with my caffeine fix. :)”
