Just got our 2nd custom rug from Baker Bros. We absolutely love it - and are so happy we could design our own rug in the right size and pattern that we needed. Kimberly in the Scottsdale showroom was so helpful. I highly recommend them!

Great Experience in the Scottsdale Location. Kimberly helped us find a product that was in stock; matched closely a floor i had liked from 10 years ago; arranged for a 1 box order so i could see samples in size (yes had to buy it even if i passed but small investment on large floor project). Service was outstanding and they stored the floor until we were ready to install. Absolutely a perfect experience.

Five Stars for Baker Brothers !!! We moved out of our house in order to replace all of our hardwood floors - 3600 sq ft.

The Showroom Manager, Karie, was extremely knowledgable and helpful as deciding which floor to choose can be very overwhelming.

The subcontracted install crew, Adrian and Victor, were punctual and were very mindful about cleaning up at the end of the day. We had some unexpected issues arise with the install which were solved quickly. And, most importantly, each board was installed with precision.

I simply LOVE my new area rug! Kimberly was so great in helping me to find the right size and option, gladly wrangling an area rug down for me to test at home. When that rug didn't work in our space, she helped me to choose the perfect color and texture for my custom area rug. I am definitely going back for another custom area rug for the dining room space once the dining room set arrives! Couldn't be happier.
