I registered online where I found a plethora of information; was welcomed by friendly staff as I checked in; was greeted by fellow yogis as I set up for class; and felt amazing energy as being led by Anton, the instructor. The class energy truly “flowed” around us and I felt challenged, energized and powerful with every breath. The added heat and warmth was glorious.
