I had a Diamond ring that needed repair, the customer service was outstanding! When I dropped it off to be fixed and when I picked it up. Extremely impressed. I will always go back when I am in need of their services or products. They have the best selection of jewelry and watches

I recently purchased an inexpensive, everyday watch with an expandable band. The band was too loose..I went to 4 places, willing to pay a reasonable amount..and none of them said they were even able to re-size that type of band..I was about to give up, return the watch and buy something different--but walked into Oliver Smith and asked if they could re-size..Not only were they able to do it (perfectly by the way!) they did it for NO CHARGE ...Great Customer service for someone who did not even purchase anything there..KUDOS to this establishment!

Exceptionally exquisite jewelry designs coupled with excellent customer service prove that OSJ is easily the best jewelry store in the Valley. The prices are very reasonable, the staff are highly knowledgeable, and there is always an attitude of going the extra mile to make sure the customer gets what he/she wants.
