They always answered the phone (never got voice mails) and they were straight forward about the pricing. They gave me a good quote and they communicated multiple times between the time of quote and the time of cleaning to make sure everything was all set for the cleaning. They came out on time, measured the areas of cleaning, and gave us a quote that was even better than before.
