“I stay at Best Western every week in Wisconsin due to work and earn points for future stays. I used my points here and was not disappointed, from the time we got there from the time we left. Mia was very polite and knowledgeable giving us suggestions on places to eat, visit, etc during our short stay. Hotel was very clean and kind of a throw back. Outside entry to your room which is very nice, don't get the hallway noise at night while trying to sleep. It's located right down town near night life and shopping, and some awesome restaurants. Everyone that worked here very polite, not the typical breakfast due to Covid but still very good. We will be back Loved It”

“The management are very nice and helpful. The place is really clean. There is air conditioning in the units that's one reason I picked this place. They give you until the 10 th of the month before they give a late fee. When you move in They will let you use a truck to move for 4-6 hours. I just called when I was going to be a little late, it was no problem. They do close early 7:00pm. They do have great security. I would definitely recommend this place.”

Riviera Mobile Home Park - A 55+ Community

Address: 601 N Hayden Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85257, USA

Rv park Lodging

“This is a 55+ big city park, run with the coziness of a small town community, where people still look in on their neighbors. This unbeatable location is just minutes from downtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, freeways, Sky Harbor Airport, Phoenix Zoo, Banner Hospital, Fastmed Urgent Care, various pharmacies, countless restaurants & every kind of shopping you can imagine. Homes are owner occupied NOT rentals & units often remain in the family. Riviera boasts well maintained, meticulously clean grounds thanks to Harold & Bob. These guys detail the park daily treating the property with genuine pride. They keep an eye on the safety & well being of the residents. Think, "I've fallen & cant get up" but someone is there to pick you up instead. The office is managed like a well oiled machine by Judy & Shandra who also call the park their home. Riviera runs smoothly thanks to these ladies who while being supportive to the residents, do not tolerate outsider violations. Think of people trying to solicit being escorted off the property immediately or someone trying to park in front of your home being warned off. Park rules are enforced to ensure the comfort and safety of the residents while not being militant. The community is kind and caring offering a welcome committee, social club, weekly card games, billiards, bingo, bunko, monthly pot lucks, social hours and much more. Whether you are a little social or a lot, residents are encouraged to join in whenever they can. While being modestly furnished the clubhouse and community kitchen are again, kept meticulously clean. In my opinion, this park is without exception, the very best value for your dollar in Scottsdale. The park is unique in that it has been family owned for several decades. Because of that the focus is truly on meeting the needs of the residents while keeping unnecessary expenses down; hence keeping your lot rent reasonable. You wont find meaningless superficial frills here that cause your lot rent to hike up. Instead you will find kind, caring neighbors that look after each other, focus on creating a happy community and people that take pride in where they live. This is truly a gem, kept hidden in plain sight.”

“I can’t say enough good things about the Andaz in Scottsdale. The amenities were beautiful, our room was spacious and we loved the patio. The location was ideal. But most importantly the staff was incredible. Darnell, Christine, and Andrew took care of us (put up with us haha) all week and made our stay 100 times more enjoyable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an enjoyable trip with staff that goes the extra mile. Everyone was incredibly friendly and made the trip effortless. Movie night, libations class, and a little tour around the property we’re a few things we did during our stay. We will be staying here our next round to Arizona for sure. Thank you so much to all the staff!!”

“One of the hidden gems in Scottsdale. From Scottsdale Road it doesn't look like much, bland even, but walk out onto your balcony overlooking Camelback lake and the McCormick Ranch golf course and you will see why this is such a popular location for return visitors. Lake side pool is basic but again, the view makes up for it. Central location makes this a great base amp location to explore and enjoy Scottsdale!”
