“Diane was really wonderful to work with! I was at a loss of how to decorate my condo. I had a few pieces of furniture that she rearranged to make better use of the space. I appreciated her willingness to work with what I had. She quickly put together a color scheme for the unit and we were able to add a number of accessories. If there was something I did not like she was flexible and found the "perfect" piece for me. “I usually go to the Willo location because it’s a lot closer to my house but with a eye issue that was really bugging me and the Doctor at this location with availability, I ended up here and I actually think I liked the location, the office and the doctors here better. I was seen very swiftly and ended up without any real issues but it was nice to be assured that my eye itchiness was just allergies. Lots of eyeglasses options on display if you need to get a new pair. Modern and very clean office.”

“One of the best used car experiences we have had. Looking for a car for my daughter with no time to spare and we found a cute little car at ultimate. Justin was so professional, helpful and did everything he could to make sure we left with the car my daughter wanted. She was a first time car loan applicant so it added another set of hoops to jump through but Justin was able to help us get her approved at the payment she wanted and even was able to get a warranty. I would definitely recommend Ultimate for anyone buying a car. Everyone we interacted with there was friendly and helpful. “This store and their staff are awesome! I have a mastiff puppy with some allergies and a touchy tummy, and it’s almost impossible to find a kibble to mix into her food that doesn’t give her issues. I came in and let the staff know what I was looking for and the shop attendant was so helpful! She even called some other staff for some input. A puppy with chicken and grain allergies isn’t easy to feed and they made it so much less stressful and even had additional recommendations to help out my pup. Forever my go-to for all my pet needs”

“What a great place! The owner George is such a wonderful, kind person. Been patronizing his establishment for about 5 years now. We actually look forward to running out of water to make our visit, have some laughs and see our buddy George. As for George's yummy Thrifty Ice Cream Bar up front....Brings me back a bit to grade school days in California. I would ride my schwinn cruiser up to our local Thrifty to treat myself to a scoop or two of ice cream on a sugar cone. Sadly, to no avail on this particular beautiful sunny day, got back on my bike and the perfect scoop fell off the cone straight to the asphalt in the parking lot. Boo! So, I actually took my embarassed self back inside to the ice cream counter with the most depressed, saddened look on my face. Hoping for that one sympathetic manager that perhaps could identify, Lol! Simpler times, the manager of the store actually had the heart to kindly give me another. The reason in sharing this story, is that George reminds me in ways of that store manager back in the day. Always, genuine, giving and kind to all his customers and it really serves as a great example to all people out there that we can change a persons day in a good way and give out positive energy. There are some strict guidelines regarding adoption, and regular grooming at the location, but I understand the rescue needs to ensure on the well-being of the bird. I can sort of understand her being bit less understanding to some folks without bird experience, as it's almost normal for people to underestimate the amount of time, energy, and clean up a bird can bring. The bird hasn't been harmed by her grooming like some reviews claim on here. Not a paid review, I don't get any kick back, I just see quite a bit of harsh reviews on a place I've had a good time at, so I thought I'd weigh in.”

“I spoke with Jan a few months ago regarding a radiator. I wish I could get service like this everywhere, definitely much more helpful than most. I ultimately purchased from Napa online as there was a 20% off and free delivery deal that made the name brand radiator competitive with lower quality or possibly counterfeit units found elsewhere. But it was the helpfulness of the staff and willingness to source the part that made me choose Napa. Update: Not sure why the owner of the store feels this was not the experience they wanted me to have. If the concern is why did I buy online instead of at the store, I forgot to mention that at the time I called there was a shortage and the Denso I wanted wasn't immediately available. A week or so later it came available online with 20% discount and free delivery, saving me a long trip. I do hope this does not reflect poorly on the staff, I think they're the best. “We came here while visiting for girls weekend. We had such an amazing time, we had to come back again the next day!!! The memosa’s are delicious!!! Michelle was so incredible and took amazing care of us both days. I have no idea what the person before us was talking about, because she was great and made the best drinks we had all weekend. The food was also incredible, Amber is such a great chief. Tim was so much fun, and so nice! Chad knows what he is doing with this adorable establishment.
