Texas Roadhouse

I love Texas Roadhouse and have visited many. Yet this location will be my one and only. By far, they were superior when my daughter and I visited on Veteran's Day 2023. This is the only place that served my Hurricane Margarita, Frozen/blended. Not sure but all others only serve it on the rocks. Not any more because I'll be visiting this location ONLY. I live in north Phoenix. They are worth the drive. My Margarita was perfect. My salad was perfect. My steak, 20 oz Ribeye, was prepared to perfection. I did thank the manager, sorry can't remember his name. He was thankful and humble for the praise I gave. You can try the rest but when you want the best of Texas Roadhouse stop in at this location on via de Ventura. Truly awesome. Service was excellent too. Very clean place as well.

Excellent service! The meal was delightful, though the green beans were a tad too watery. The steak, however, was exquisite.

Our wait time was less thn 5 minutes so that was a plus.
Our food was OMG delicious.. meat was juicy and flavorful, presentation was awesome and the service was amazing.
We had a very wonderful experience and my wife enjoyed it. It was our date night and we wanted a good place to eat and relax after traveling from Showlow, this place was exactly what we needed after a good drive lol. Will be returning again soon TRH thank you!

Steaks were outstanding. Also really liked the chili (was surprised to find out no meat on chili, just beans). Also ribs are beef, not pork. Our server, Kiersten was friendly, professional, knew the menu well, and listened to what we wanted (we added take outs to our order). Kiersten checked back often to see if we needed anything. My last minute request for coffee was handled promptly! We were surprised to have the manager Andy also stop by to check in with us. Really appreciated the personal and genuine interest in our dining experience. The ambiance was cheery with country music,
(Easy to have a pleasant conversation without shouting over the music). Great lighting- not too bright or to dark. They also have a fun free juke box you can pick country music to play. Lots of seating for groups, family, couples. Very comfortable place to go in to eat by yourself. Great pricing for excellent steaks. We had porterhouse, ribs, bone-in ribeye. Be sure to get the chilie! Overall, outstanding experience. Highly recommended!
