I've taken decades of fitness classes, but I could tell immediately that Kacey is one of the most talented, dedicated, and inspiring instructors out there. Her classes are insanely challenging and--simultaneously--a complete joy! HiPower lagree is the best 50 minute workout there is, plain and simple. And what an adorable studio with an incredible sense of community (and quality instructors across the board!). Since starting a few months ago, I try not to let a week go by without at least one Kacey class and one Debbie class (Debbie is also BEYOND phenomenal!). I so rarely write online reviews -- but this place makes me smile just thinking about it! Give it a try!”
