They pay close attention to details to match granite slabs and make seams almost invisible. After all of the granite was in I decided to do back splash in my kitchen all the way up to the bottom of the cabinets. They did a fabulous job matching the existing granite. They patiently consulted with me by phone about what I was looking for and made thoughtful, informed suggestions -- helping me find a unit that worked well with my system and my budget. They then sent me the CD player promptly, in a secure triple box. Alas, when it arrived, it was defective and would skip no matter what CD I played. I called them about the problem and they sincerely apologized for the hassle. As it turns out, they did not have a replacement in stock for the unit I bought, but they worked with me to select a different brand. In fact, they helped me upgrade to an even nicer CD player with only a modest price leap. And they sent out the new CD player immediately, even before I had sent back the defective unit. I was very pleased with the new unit and how they handled what could have been an annoying situation. I’ll be buying more gear from this knowledgeable and friendly company.”
