When the transaction was complete Ali pulled out a card and told me that if I had any problems at all to call or text.....well I did have have an issue, and I texted him well after the shop was closed and expected to hear from him 100 miles away and not until Monday. To my surprise he responded within an hour and offered to meet me back at the shop to get me what I needed. This is a Saturday night and I didn’t buy the most expensive drone in there, but I was treated like I just spent $20k. Excellent customer service, I will go out of my way to refer people to them. There is a 'big box' retail hardware store very close, and every time I go there I get frustrated with the lack of help and wish I went to Ace. They don't always have everything you need, but definitely worth checking first. They're also extremely helpful when you have a project and aren't exactly sure how to finish it.
