“My sister and I booked this ride during a trip out to Arizona. There are many trail riding places in this area so it was hard to know which to choose but we went with Wild West Horse Adventures and I am SO glad we did! This is a wonderful and professional horseback riding trail company. Both of us grew up riding but my sister hasn’t ridden in a few years and I can be a bit timid outside of the arena at times. We needn’t have worried - the horses are calm, sweet and responsive. We had Tito and Banjo - loved them both! They were extremely steady yet didn’t seem depressed or sour like a lot of rental trail horses can be. It’s clear they take good care of these horses and they are very well trained. Our guide, Kasey, was literally the sweetest, it felt like being on a relaxing trail ride with a friend. They do provide snacks and water for the ride which is very thoughtful. We did the one hour ride and it was a lot of fun, beautiful scenery and not too challenging of terrain. Kasey took lots of pictures of us before and during our ride so we have some great photos of our fun ride. We even got to feed the horses treats when we were done! I would recommend this place to anyone whether a seasoned rider or a beginner. We will definitely be back - hopefully for a longer ride!”

“After my first stay at this home over Thanksgiving weekend last year, I had to come back again this year! This home is beautiful and welcoming, with every amenity you can think of. It’s large enough to accommodate a big family or a gathering of friends with plenty of bedrooms and other common areas. The backyard is incredible with a pool, putting green, grill, pool table, and tv outside. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great staycation or vacation spot! I’ll be back :)”

She booked a trip to Iceland for my entire family which included my husband, our 2 teenager's, my in-laws, and my sister in-law. Iceland was truly the trip of a lifetime. “I just spent a weekend with my friends, as we do annually, in Scottsdale at one of your properties. I must say it was Fabulous. From the agents that met us at the house to walk us through and go over how everything worked, to increasing their cable subscription last minute so we could watch all the sports networks. “I've never written a review for a vacation home before but the Arizona Vacation Rentals company surpassed my expectations and I felt compelled to share my experience. Communication was always great if I ever needed anything and If I ever had any questions. The process of renting the location was a simple and seamless. the information binder inside the home had all the information I could have possibly needed and was helpful. The home itself was fully furnished and felt welcoming. I instantly felt comfortable and everything was stocked from kitchen ware to towels and sheets. The maintenance on the location was top notch! Its obvious they have regular house cleaning done and the pool out back was maintained and clean. I enjoyed that the location was close to a main road and conveniently close to grocery stores, banks, etc... Overall a 100% wonderful experience and I highly recommend working with Arizona Vacation rentals whenever you are looking for a home rental.”

“When my daughter and I first met Sam we had been floundering, trying to get a solid foundation with our horses with other trainers. Sam turned everything around in record time. She assessed our strengths and weaknesses immediately and then put us all into a program that gave us the skills and a much-needed sense of direction to really get the most out of our horses and ourselves. I have since gone to dressage and wanted Sam to continue to coach me but, in typical Sam manner, she put integrity ahead of income and told me honestly that she couldn't devote proper time to such an endeavor and still meet the needs of her other students. (As an aside, my new trainer knows Sam by reputation and has seen her work horses a few times and also thinks very highly of her). Lucky for me, my daughter is still with Sam so I get to visit with her and watch her work- it is always a delight and a learning experience. As for my daughter, she is now not only achieving her goal of being an accomplished horsewoman (High Point her fist time out with her new partner at a regional show!) she has blossomed with confidence, strength, savvy and sense of self that is just a joy to witness. Sam is more than a skilled and ethcial trainer; she is a smart, driven business woman, a HARD worker, and a wonderful, caring mentor for the students under her tutelage. I would recommend her to anyone (beginner through advanced) who wants to take their skill set and relationship with their horse to the next level.”

“We were looking for a second home in AZ but had no idea about when where or how we would do it. Luckily our neighbor's (Perry's in-laws) in Vail CO introduced us to Perry during a golfing visit in 2021. I mentioned to Perry that we were considering buying a second home in AZ-at some point -but that was about as much thought as we had put into it. Perry asked me if I wanted straight advice and when I said I yes he said " What the !#*are you waiting for, it's not going to get any better than it is now!" I thanked him for his advice and went back to CO. A week later my wife and I came back to AZ to begin looking for properties. With very little notice, Perry and his amazing partner Jake jumped into action and made us feel like we were their only customers. Over the course of four days the two of them worked with us to visit properties all over the are from Peoria to Fountain Hills. Along the way we were able to fine tune what was important to us. Perry and Jake never tried to hard sell or in any way influence our decision making process. When we pivoted and decided that a single family that would require pool maintenance and upkeep was NOT what we really wanted Perry showed us an amazing property in Fountain Hills that checked all our boxes. Perry went to work with the other realtor and helped us secure a great deal. It's been almost a year since we closed and in that time we have developed a friendship with Perry and his lovely wife Vicky who is an amazing interior designer.”

Spacious area for cars outside woth one car garage included. I did not stay but was catering an event there. I noticed that the pictures were older and wanted to give anyone interested a better idea of what the amenities were.”
