“Last Tuesday my washer died & I needed a new one asap. Their website said they had the model I wanted in stock. Since I was having a crazy week, I called instead of going in. I told them I understood that supply chain issues are causing delays but that I needed it now and asked them to verify that the washer (and dryer) were indeed in stock and ready to be delivered. They verified with their warehouse so I went to the store to purchase the set. While there, they called and verified again that the set was indeed at the warehouse and set up delivery for that Thursday. There was a small snafu with communication on the delivery time, but they returned my call quickly, explained the problem (which they had just fixed), apologized and got the set out to me and set up. Overall, a very good experience. They listened to my needs, were friendly, helpful and I will to them again for more appliances. (If you are looking for a new washer/dryer, I highly recommend the Speed Queen TR7/DR7.)”

Not only did Laura, his personal assistant, remember us immediately (which we found incredible) but she truly cared how we were and about our question. When Mr. Marsh called us on a Friday and said we could call him anytime over the weekend, we were amazed. To know he was there for us at any time showed how thoughtful and caring he is. Note: They schedule appointments so that you dont end up waiting in the lobby for an excessive amount of time. Rarely do you have much of a wait time. “My husband and I went for our yearly eyes check up today and we had great experience. We love our eyes doctor "Dr. Mars or Marge" and the MA who helped me through the process. The Doc was professional, friendly, and gave us good advise. The MA who eventhough still learning about being an eye ophthometrist or the facility helps her learning, was awesome. She is very patient, smart, and professional. She is good for your facility and business. I am sorry I forgot to ask her name. ?. We also love the girl who helped us to choose our glasses.
