“It had been four frustrating months and one excuse after another as to why we were not getting our new golf cart from a Pohl competitor. The week it was to be delivered - another delay with no delivery date promise. I threw in the towel and went to the folks at Sun City Pohle. They could not have been any nicer or accomodating. We had our cart delivered 13 days from order. New cart, to our specs. JUST in time for company that arrived the same day. Amazing. They have my trust and loyalty.”

“WOW! is all I can say. This place is HUGE on the inside (you wouldn’t know it from the outside)! There is a huge variety of home decor to choose from and the prices are really affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire visit - they came to check on me regularly and took my items to the front so I didn’t have to carry them the whole time. They held my big items so I could come back with a truck and THEN they even helped me load it. That is what I call true customer service. They made me feel like I was the only customer there (but trust me, I wasn’t). It feels like a true personal shopping experience. Wish I had been shopping here years ago. This place is a must see!!!”

“Very kind and attentive! Answered ball our my concerns and questions about a new kitty my family brought in and she felt welcomed after a tough first trip (doesn't like being in the carrier). My older kitty is a always chill since he's been a patient there for about a year and knows the drill when he's in the carrier. He understands that we are going to the nice vets and whee he will be treated with care and respect! Thank you for making vet trips a positive experience!”
