“Friendly reception staff. The medical staff are attentive to your situation and give you time to talk. If you forgot to ask them something or things aren't going well, there is a patient portal to send/recieve messages. The doctors and nurses practitioners are very knowledgeable. There is an on-site lab. Lab results are acessable through the patient portal. You have to make appointments through Central scheduling that covers a few locations and they are very busy so you might have to wait.”

“Staff was welcoming, polite, efficient. More importantly they were thorough, made suggestions about my tires, which I was aware of but glad they brought it to my attention. What stands out most is the amount of people that stopped by with questions or concerns that the staff addressed for free, assisted with on the spot or reassured the customer that what was a "concern" was actually very normal, or just a matter of a switch being turned off. Their parts delivery folks were incredible...I watched them deliver wipers in under 10 minutes from the time of the call to the time of delivery...That's what I call an excellent customer service provider, they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need and I appreciate that! “I’ve been going to the Sun Lakes Animal Clinic with my kitty Bree for nearly 2 years; since I moved to AZ. I am very pleased with the kindness of all staff to me and my little kitty girl. The doctor her is wonderful with her knowledge and being down to earth and kind also. A little Bombay parlor panther cat showed up at my back door before Thanksgiving. After trying to find the owner and coming up empty, I decided to adopt her. At the Sun Lake Animal Clinic she was scanned by the tech assistant and the doctor to try to find a chip to no avail. With that conclusion she got her shots. It got a little more involved when a stool sample came back with a parasite. Currently treating her for that. This veterinarian is working with me every step of the way to get my new kitty healthy. Communication is very good by this Clinic which has been very helpful keeping my worries at a minimum. Soon to have a healthy cat.”
