“Staff was welcoming, polite, efficient. More importantly they were thorough, made suggestions about my tires, which I was aware of but glad they brought it to my attention. What stands out most is the amount of people that stopped by with questions or concerns that the staff addressed for free, assisted with on the spot or reassured the customer that what was a "concern" was actually very normal, or just a matter of a switch being turned off. Their parts delivery folks were incredible...I watched them deliver wipers in under 10 minutes from the time of the call to the time of delivery...That's what I call an excellent customer service provider, they didn't try to upsell me anything I didn't need and I appreciate that! “Midas in Grafton is truly a needle in a haystack. We moved to Grafton a few years ago and quickly realized that we were a long way from Dealerships that service the brands of vehicles that my wife and I own (Hyundai and Toyota). The best thing about this particular Midas franchise is that they really do treat you like family; they always remember your name and will go above and beyond to help you out. The other thing is that they are honest - period. Most people know when they are being ripped-off (or at least I do), and its just not in their nature to do so at this Midas. When a shop is honest and treat you well, you tend to stick with them - and I'm a loyal customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
