“I was looking for someone to get my new firearm from and I am super happy I decided to go with Mike over at Explosive Tactical. That's the short review. The rest is below! I got something online and needed someone to do a FFL transfer and saw that Mike was really close to my house. I had it sent to him and the same day he reached out to me letting me know he would follow the shipping process and keep me in the loop. At each step of the way he was informative and very prompt. After it arrived he let me know and we scheduled an appointment. He operates his business out of his house so I didn't know what to expect, however I was very impressed by his completely renovated and purpose built studio he made just to do this business! You can tell he is very committed to this and it shows. This is all about the before I met Mike. But honestly all of that is what I expect from someone running a business, what I didn't expect was how much of a great customer experience I would have and truly how great Mike as a person is. He is super passionate about providing world class customer service and just wants to help people. I've been in the luxury automotive business for over ten years and I know what passion and customer service looks like. This man has a lot of both. Seriously, go see him. He's worth the trip.”

“I have not used a coin laundry for about 25 years, so I had little sticker shock, but I got over it. I have a couple of dogs that are afraid of my kitchen floor, so I have lots of rugs. I recently bought a new one in the same pattern. I used the large machine and washed the older rugs. They came so clean that you can't tell the new from the old. I used one of the large dryers and my rugs were completely dry in less time than I paid for. I was impressed.”

“I think the store is great. Sure, there are a few employee's that aren't very helpful but that is everywhere you go. For as busy as this place is, I think the Clerks and Manager do an awesome job. The bathrooms might not be spic and span all the time but what do you expect with 500 or more people using it all throughout the day. For as busy as it is, I think they do a great job. They have my business. New pumps are coming too!!!!”
