  My husband and I have finally found a place we love. Maggie has been so amazing throughout the entire process!! The tour was great and she helped and accommodated us with all that we needed. From our first phone call, to the tour, to move in - it really couldn’t have been easier. Thank you Maggie!!! We are happy to be here.

  Avilla meadows is a beautiful and very clean place to live, Maggie is awesome and made our move in process a breeze. Avilla meadows has the best amenities in Surprise out of all the rental properties in Surprise by far and I would gladly boast about where I live.
