The entire community is beautiful and well maintained, and the maintenance department has an over 93% approval rating from the Residents...my former supervisor Antonio is a true asset to the community and a caring and compassionate Diplomat. Formal Dining room to rival any fine restaurant, as well as a small Bistro, and a beautiful restaurant in the Club Sole. I am a better man for having worked there, and I miss it greatly.”

“One week post extractions and the care is very good. Dr. Nina and the staff are always there to answer questions and to see me. So far very pleased with my decision. Update:4/4/2022 Got things fitted for my permanent dentures today. Gloria did an excellent job. Fingers crossed. Needed to get mid point moved over of front teeth so I hope we got that done. I have faith in the Britely team. Very pleased we are almost home. Update the update: Went in for a double check on the adjustments for my permanent. Things were good. A couple simple things to get my teeth finished. I am very pleased with the care and attention to detail they take. A+ Update: 8/8/22 Had a soft liner put in fit seems very good. They located a pocket up in my right sinus that is in need of attention from an ENT. So they went above and beyond to help me”

“The property is well maintained for an older building. Snow removal is prompt and the hallways are vacuumed weekly. Management deals with violations of lease agreements in a timely fashion within the constraints of the law. I have not had to deal with loud noises and so forth, and, have a good rapport with my neighbors. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, various virtual games and social gatherings have been made available. Granted, there are financial matters that crop up for businesses these days, but, the management has done the best they can. Living here was a very good choice for me.”

(also suggested I take a photo w/my phone !) I wasn't pressured into buying anything I didn't need & feel I got a good deal on my 2 new tires. The staff was all very polite & IMO, genuine. They were QUIK but cautious & kept the car clean using paper floor mats etc.”
