We noticed that the girl at the cash register on the drive thru side was not paying attention to what she was doing and was talking too fast on the mic and at the window. Please make sure that you tell your employees to watch what they're doing and not to talk so fast that's how they get things confused. The food was good I can't complain about.”

Went in with intent to have a yearly exam (I wear hearing aids, my husband doesn't) as needed by everyone who understands their hearing is extremely important. Came away with a much better understanding of how our previous tests compared to ones today. Dawn, our Audiologist made us feel comfortable and thorough in what we may or may not need. Unique surprise to have a loaner pair of aids to see whether or not they felt right and exceed my expectation. By the time we drove home I noticed a major improvement with a new style of aid. “First of all the standards set by this establishment have boosted what I would expect from other hotels, etcetera. Your front desk staff was friendly and outgoing, she had a smile on her face and said hello when I walked through the door. Gave customer service the whole way through. Secondly, your rooms are amazing, simply gorgeous! They look like a studio apartment and reminded me of the studio I had many eons ago. The bed was comfortable and the room was super spacious, I loved being able to get my work done in comfort. The only downside was not being able to turn the mini fridge into a blast chiller or have a mini freezer in the fridge. So I wasn't able to properly keep my ice packs frozen for my insulin. The breakfast was a decent one and the lady was nice serving the food. Kept the area very clean. I hope when I'm back in the area this is the hotel I always stay.”

But I came in a few days ago thinking I was going to have to leave something for a gunsmith to address at untold timeframes and expense. However the clerk there was able to correct the issue for me right then and there and at no charge. In 2023 service like that is rare. I was so happy I bought some ammo!”

“The doctors and staff are very caring. The actual cataract surgery went very well, and the followup care was also outstanding. The only frustrating experience was the numerous times I had to repeat my insurance info for numerous people both at Dr. Suedekum's office and at the Scottsdale Surgery Center, due to the transition to an independent practice for Dr. Suedekum, and new software that had been installed. I probably had at least six phone calls relating to my insurance, several of them the day before my first surgery, which added to my anxiety. That being said, for eye care, I would definitely recommend Dr. Suedekum and his staff without reservation.”
