“This is a great place to workout. All trainers are very welcoming and so are most of the women that attend. I am fairly familiar with weights, and in good shape so a few of the trainers ALWAYS challenge me which I love.. It's one of the reasons I stay. 1star off, its "Boxing" as far as the name, but 9 out of 10 people do not know how to punch from what I've witnessed. I think that may cause a false confidence in some. However that's not the gyms fault, as we are all grown and can figure it out. This place will keep you moving, make you sweat, great atmosphere!”

“First visit on a Sunday afternoon for child’s birthday party. We all had a great time. The food (pizza, fries, hot dogs, sliders) was excellent & served at proper temperature. The establishment was well staffed and employees were diligent in their job duties. Our server was welcoming, knowledgeable, & she spoke clear, articulate English. How refreshing was it to see a server who looks up and smiles, communicated clearly, (didn’t mumble) and knew exactly what she was doing. Our party really enjoyed the bowling & games.
