Grand Pool & Patio

The owner is amazing. He is knowledgeable and helpful. This store is 100 times cheaper that Leslie’s. I paid $20 for a test kit at Leslie’s (Grand was closed) and it was $7.99 at Grand. Do not shop at Leslie’s, shop here! Shop local!

Went in today with a salt cell issue and the lady attendant was more than helpful! I have been going to Leslie’s for years, but from here on out I’ll drive the extra distance to visit Grand Pool & Patio for all my pool needs!!

Without a doubt, the best pool store in Surprise. Super knowledgeable about both the mechanicals and the water chemistry and their advise is always spot on. I wouldn't go anywhere else....... My water looks so good and it's so comfortable to be in the pool. Most parts are on the shelves and if not, they can get them in a day or two. You will not be disappointed......

Always helpful and they stock what I need. The owner stopped by after I told him the weird situation I had when my daughter dropped granulated on the bottom of my pool. We looked under the cover and the entire bottom of the pool filled with black algae. He came over at 4:30pm and it was almost clear in 24 hours (dropped Ph to 7.2, liquid chlorine to shock and Algaedyn to keep it away).

I cannot recommend Grand Pool and Patio more highly. I am an absentee owner and have to rely on trusted companies to help manage my rental property. Bob and Alice do an amazing job of making sure the pool is always sparkling, and Doug jumps through hoops when I run into problems. I'm so grateful to have found them, I can rest easier knowing they are helping to keep my pool in top working condition for my guests.
